Overview
Ultrasonic Technologies (UST) is a Florida electronic equipment company that manufactures automatic tools and quality-control systems for detecting cracks, stress and delamination in materials and devices. Its Resonance Ultrasonic Vibrations (RUV) method screens silicon wafers and solar cells, advanced ceramics, zirconia dental discs, glass syringes and ceramic armor plates, and related sensors inspect diamond wire and structured wire used in wafer sawing.
