Overview
Equity Pledge Investments is an Ohio commercial real estate investment firm that raises funds from private investors to acquire value-add multifamily properties in growth markets. Its website explains the strategy and investment structure, states the firm's mission toward tenants, employees, investors and partners, links investors to an external portal and collects inquiries from prospective partners.
The site is a WordPress build on the Impreza theme with a child theme, laid out in WPBakery Page Builder with Ultimate Addons, with a Slider Revolution hero, a Contact Form 7 inquiry form and a Mailchimp newsletter signup. It was hosted on GoDaddy Managed WordPress with WP Rocket caching, Yoast SEO and Sucuri security scanning. Media uploads date from 2019 and 2020, and the same build is still live.
