Overview
Lieber Fine Wines & Spirits is a New York and New Jersey distributor of fine wine and craft spirits, importing and representing producers from Australia, France, Italy, Chile and beyond for the trade - restaurants, bars and retailers - rather than for the public.
The site is built around that distinction. Ordering is trade-only and runs through Provi, the wholesale ordering platform, with a separate storefront for New York and another for New Jersey, because a distributor's licence and book are per state: a buyer picks their state and lands in the catalogue they are actually allowed to buy from.
The portfolio itself is a catalogue with real wine data rather than a photo grid: each bottle carries winery, country, region, grape varietal breakdown, ABV and wine style, with tasting notes written for a buyer deciding what to put on a list. Producers are linked out to their own sites, so the distributor's page doubles as the importer's shop window.
Around it sit the working parts of a small distributor: news and events, a page for the company's selections, appointment booking with a representative through Calendly, and enquiry forms for trade sign-up and contact. The build is WordPress on Divi with the Divi Pixel add-on and Ninja Forms, behind Cloudflare; an earlier version of the site ran on the Illdy theme with MetaSlider and Contact Form 7.
What was built
- A trade-only ordering path on Provi, with separate New York and New Jersey storefronts so buyers see the book licensed in their state.
- A portfolio catalogue where every bottle carries winery, country, region, grape varietal breakdown, ABV, wine style and tasting notes.
- Producer links out to the wineries and distilleries represented, turning the portfolio into a shop window for the importers.

Ordering is deliberately not on the site: Provi handles the wholesale transaction, and the site's job is to make the book worth ordering from.
